Make a Payment

For your convenience, Laurelhurst Public Utility District offers a Customer Service Portal to pay your bill and manage your account online.

To set up your online account, you’ll need:

Your email address
Your Laurelhurst Public Utility District account number to make a new account, which can be found on your bill
A debit card, MasterCard or VISA, or your bank account number and routing number

If you wish to submit a payment a different way, here are your options:

You can have your account balance deducted from your bank or financial institution account automatically on the due date on the bill.

In the Customer Service Portal once registered
By filling out the Electronic Funds Transfer Authorization Form (PDF) and returning it to Laurelhurst Public Utility District to have payments deducted directly from your bank account.

Call (510) 324-4743 to make a payment over the phone with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, debit card, or E-check.
