Boil Water Advisory Notice Not Affecting Utility Customers

The town of Alameda has issued a boil water advisory notice. However, this does not affect Laurelhurst Public Utility District customers. The town's water system experienced a loss in water pressure due to a main break. This water system is not used by our utility. Customers should continue to use water as normal.

What to Do During a Boil Water Advisory

• Boil any water used for drinking, cooking, or oral hygiene
• Boil water for at least 1 minute at 212º F
• Sanitize containers before using to store water
• Use cooled boiled water for brusing teeth and for your pets
